In Rostov Oblast investigators have to decide whether to open criminal case against the woman who chose a teenager as her husband.

For the last three years Marina (38 y. o.) and 15-year-old Andrey from the town of Shahty are defending their right to be together. To their neighbors and the social agencies they say the same thing: “We love each other more than life, and no one can separate us.”

Proof of feelings between the adult woman and her young cohabitant became their common children. In three years that Marina and Andrey live together, they gave birth to daughter and son.

The unusual couple was noticed by the law enforcement agencies when one of their children died. Detectives who came to investigate the circumstances of child’s death found that the spouse of 38-year-old Marina is only 15 years old.

The schoolboy’s house was immediately visited by representatives of social agency working with minors, but the spouses started convincing the experts that they live together by mutual agreement and love.

Marina told that their passionate affair began three years ago. The resident of Taganrog got acquainted with her future husband by telephone.

- I liked Andrey’s voice very much, – says the woman. – We agreed to meet. Already at the first date, it became clear that we were made for each other. The same day my beloved brought me to Shahty.

Despite the fact that at the time the boy was only 13 years old, he was neither repelled by the age difference, nor the fact that Marina already had two children from her first marriage. Nine months later, the lovers had a daughter.

- The girl looks just like me. I myself chose the name for her, – said Andrey. – This is my greatest happiness in life.

Few months later, Marina again became pregnant. In June, she gave birth to twins, but one of the babies died soon after birth.

- We check the circumstances of newborn’s death, – reported from the Investigation Committee of Rostov Oblast. – Also, in connection with the discovered facts, we will decide whether to open the criminal case under the article “seduction of a minor.”
