Yesterday Russia chose not only the president but also the country’s most beautiful girl. 50 girls selected from 30 thousand candidates took part in the final competition. Winner of the beauty competition “Miss Russia” became 18 years old university student Elizaveta Golovanova (from Smolensk oblast).

She charmed the judges with her beauty, gorgeous hair and clever answers to contest’s questions.

Elizaveta graduated from school with golden medal [that is, “with outstanding honors”]. After receiving high grades in national exams, she enrolled to a university in Moscow. Her motto is: “To live life so that there is no shame in father’s eyes and no tears in mother’s eyes!

“Miss Russia 2012” received the money prize of 100,000 USD and the grand allowing her to pursue the education in any university of the world.

Elizaveta Golovanova will represent Russia in this year’s “Miss World” and “Miss Universe” competitions. But before that she will take part in numerous charity projects and social projects advertising the healthy lifestyle.

Comments of Russian netizens

Iramiko:  Wow, what gorgeous hair! That’s a real Russian beauty.

Shaya:  [She is] kind of smiling, but there is no smile in her eyes, feels insincere. IMHO.

AnSe:  Beautiful. And her beauty is not vulgar. The smile is somewhat artificial, but that’s understandable – probably nervous.

Shikana:  That’s the first time I liked miss Russia.

Fahrenheit:  Actually the whole “troika” [three first girls] is surprisingly pleasant.

ineraida:  Beautiful! Just hair is worth a lot! I think the girl deserves the title! I hope she will do well representing Russia on international level.

Vasilisa:  Finally, calm Slavic beauty.

GlossDaBoss:  Should get a haircut. What kind of mermaid is that. She is pretty, of course, but can’t say that there is something special about her. Although I am not a man, can’t really judge about it.

evelinka:  The winner is a true Russian beauty! But somehow not quite spectacular. On international level this simplicity won’t be understood. She will fade among the world beauties.

chiksa (responding to the comment above):  Agree. Can’t understand the general enthusiasm about the winner. She is lovely, but not a beauty. And on the background of flamboyant Latinos will look like a pale moth.

irina:  Nothing special. Unremarkable appearance. Lacking beautiful expressive  eyes. Not-nice mouth and teeth. Plainly cute girl like every second girl in the street. In short, I don’t get goose skin from her beauty.

In the World Miss she will be filtered out in the first rounds.

Pamela:  That’s a dirty lie spread by Russia’ enemies. The most beautiful Russian girl is Vladimir Putin, Russia’s President!

bez fanatizma:  She is slim, of course, but totally lacks muscles.

Sweet Dream (responding to the comment above):  Beauty! Muscles are not nice. She is OK. Muscles needed only for those whose natural forms are not gracious.

DEADED:  One, two are OK.. the rest are like rats. Who let them out? All of them [should go] to a Turkish brothel.

Vladimir-3965:  Not bad… especially if there is enough beer.

archerss:  Finno-Ugric appearance. Like most pseudo-Russians have.

den_demidov:  Unfortunately, the back face of Elizaveta Golovanova is not so attractive…

Oops...

Lezvie_Britvy:  In bikinis they all somehow look the same.

095:
And what is the difference? They left with bikini of skin color. Why not ask them to remove – they would do it. They already feel themselves as goods, freely and sincerely.
