Mikhail Demidov started his blog just few weeks ago but it already became popular among Russian netizens.
From the very beginning he stated his mission to make weekly posts with the graphological analysis of prominent Russian politicians.
Little doubt was regarding the persons to whom the first posts would be dedicated.
Putin handwriting analysis

Before us is a very peculiar man.
Psychologically traumatized. In childhood was abused or beaten, or maybe both. As a consequence, has resentments till this day and the overcompensation of many capabilities. For example, you can be sure that this man was very humble and awkward in public appearances, but the desire to develop in this area gave very good results.
High intelligence. Mobility of the mind and imagination.
Ability to “pull the wool over one’s eyes”. Is able to present something that actually does no exist.
Strictness, and sometimes even cruelty, both is relation to himself and others.
Paronoic secrecy. Two-faced person. Always has his own inner world, unbeknownst even to the most close people.
Ability to set and achieve goals.
Wonderful tactician. I would never have the deputy of his kind. He will “eat” you. Because careerism and vanity are in his blood.
Neurotic. Constantly needs to recheck what is done – the correctness of actions and thoughts.
Good critic, but not censor. The criticism is always justified and to the point.
Afraid to have besides himself people who are smarter and stronger than him. As a consequence – lifetime desire to learn and to be head and shoulders above the others.
In home environment can quickly exhaust the woman with his reticence and indecisiveness.

Medvedev handwriting analysis

First, this person is definitely showy. Can present himself not as someone he really is and continue doing it for many years.
Second, as a consequence of frequent lying in little details, he is genuinely concerned about what people think of him.
Medvedev certainly doesn’t like to hear that he is just a pawn in Putin’s game, despite the fact that he is more rigid and cruel man, than Putin.
Certainly smart and savvy. The main problems are related to starting something. It is very difficult for him to come into something new and unfamiliar.
Takes things close to heart. Constantly rechecks. Often reflects on his own actions. Makes conclusions.
Emotional, in communication at home can get to screaming and hysteria.
Mobile, diplomatic. By combination of factors clearly belongs to the liberal side. Is able to change his views, recognize mistakes and errors.
The overall conclusion – not a careerist, although it is odd to speak so about the man who was president. Certainly could quietly work as a teacher and would be pleased with that.
It’s obvious that he was pushed to such heights due to circumstances and the presence of external forces. Though he himself has all the prerequisites to be the top government official – the intellect, communication, mobility, nature, ability to restrain emotions and to deal with everything with at a cool head.
If we compare him with Putin, then in professional and personal qualities Medvedev wins. One can only assume that Putin has more powerful team standing behind him.

Handwriting analysis is a fraud. My own handwriting changes day to day depending on my mood, whether I am in a hurry or can be bothered, etc. How on earth can one tell anything at all from that?
The author is quite clearly a raging liberal with an agenda. That agenda being the handwriting analysis services he is pushing on that same blog.
Though I am not sure whether handwriting analysis is the total fraud, I tend to agree with you that the given graphological analysis is not objective and is strongly influenced by the author’s pre-existing attitude.
