In former Soviet Union “5 points” was the highest academic grade. And though the grading system had changed since then – the expression itself “5 points” stayed as idiomatic expression meaning “excellent”.
80-th level – 80-й левел, 80-й уровень
Highest level of some skill. It can be used for description of any skill either in respectful or humorous way.
For example, “troll of the 80-th level” or “driver of the 80-th level”.
Botox – Ботокс
One of Putin’s nicknames which he got due to the rumors that he was using botox. In 2011 the hashtag #botox was especially popular in Russian tweets referring to Putin.
Churka – Чурка
Offensive slur for immigrants from Caucasus and Central Asia.
Dumb, uneducated person; wog.
In the past “churka” meant the person who could only speak one language.
Gondon – Гондон
Asshole, motherfucker
Russian slang for condom. Often used as offensive word to describe a mean person.
Honduras – Гондурас
Bastard, mean person
“Honduras” in Russian slang got its negative meaning because of its rhyming with “pidoras” (пидорас) – offensive word for homosexuals.
Kreativ – Креатив
Derived from the English “creative”.
In the current political slang it applies to dubious ways of propaganda and imagemaking. In most cases it is associated with the activists of opposition, since they more often use non-traditional (“creative”) ways to express their ideas – sometimes crossing the boundaries of good taste.
Related to it is the term “kreativschik” (креативщик) – referring to people engaged in “kreativ”.
Liberast – Либераст
Slur applying to people with liberal, pro-Western political views. According to this stereotype, liberasts promote Western concepts about universal values and human rights at the expense of Russian national interests.
The term is a mix of two words: либерал (liberal) and педераст (homosexual), dovetailing with the country’s widespread homophobia.
Medved – Медвед
Medved is the slang originating from the intentional misspelling of the Russian word медведь (bear).
Being very close to Medvedev’s surname, it is often used as his nickname.
Ment – Mент
Cop, policeman
MVD (acronym) – МВД
Ministry of the Internal Affairs.
In Russia this ministry is in charge of police.
Pindos – Пиндос
American
Russian ethnic slur referring to Americans.
Correspondingly, Pindosiya (Пиндосия) and Pindostan (Пиндостан) means the USA.
Piter - Питер

Rashka – Рашка
Derogatory name that some Russians use to identify their own country in the context of Russia’s political and social dysfunctionality.
Rooster – Петух
Lowest rank in prison hierarchy.
Roosters are not allowed to have any contact with other inmates: use the same utensils, bath, bed, seat.
On the other hand, it is allowed to use them for anal sex.
For this reason, the word “петух” is often used as a synonym of passive homosexual.
Sovok – Совок
Person with Soviet mindset, Soviet ideology and Soviet habits.
Suck - Насосать
Despiteful way to describe the process of gaining wealth through bed. Usually this verb is followed by the object with high value which is earned through “sucking”.
For example, “sucked for car”, “sucked for apartments”, “sucked for promotion”.
Tolerast – Толераст
Slur used in Russian internet to negatively tag tolerant people. It is combination of two words “tolerant” & “pederast” (homosexual). This combination reflects the characteristic homophobia among Russian anti-liberals who regard tolerance for homosexuality as the Western value alien to Russia.
