Yesterday at 16:20 a 54-year-old woman drowned in the irrigation canal  in Balakovo, Saratov Oblast.

Few men and woman (owner of the car) had a picnic on the shore. The car “VAZ-2105″ was parked without using the parking brake. As a result, when they decided to drive back and sat in the car, it began to slide into the canal.

But they were very drunk and sat in the car without doing anything until it was in the middle of the river.

First, the passenger from the back seat got out (leaving behind his girl-friend). Then, after the car went under water, the driver and passenger from the front seat succeeded to escape.

The woman in the back seat, however, drowned since she could not swim.

There was an Armenian swimmer, who was jogging every morning around the lake. He witnessed the trolleybus falling into water. He jumped into the water and alone rescued many people. But he got injured and later couldn’t participate in professional sport.

At this moment remnants of the air under pressure kick in your face (because you still try to grab it with your mouth). Silt and shit rise from the bottom – and you, almost deaf and blind, can hardly navigate under water. Good prospects, huh?
In short, do not touch the door until the cabin is at least half full with water.
